Superagent operates dedicated, single-tenant AI agent deployments. This notice summarises how we handle data during the private preview.
What we collect
Information you submit through our contact form (name, email, company, and your message), and operational data required to run your deployment. Each customer's agent runs on its own isolated server; your agent's data is not co-mingled with any other customer's.
How we use it
To respond to access requests, provision and operate your deployment, and maintain its security, backups, and availability.
Data on your deployment
Your agent's memory, sessions, and configuration live on your dedicated box and in encrypted backups. Secrets are held in an encrypted vault and are excluded from backups. You can request export or deletion of your deployment's data at any time.
