These terms govern use of Superagent during the private preview. By using a Superagent deployment you agree to them.
The service
Superagent provides a managed, single-tenant AI agent running on a dedicated server. We handle provisioning, hardening, updates, backups, and monitoring. Availability targets and support scope are agreed per deployment.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how your agent is used and must not use it for unlawful activity, to harm others, or in violation of third-party rights. We may suspend a deployment that poses a security or abuse risk.
Data & billing
Your deployment's data is yours. Fees are quoted per deployment and billed as agreed. Cancellation, data export, and decommissioning are handled on request, with a grace period before destruction.

The preview is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing actions your agent takes on your behalf.
